Mourn anuncian amplia gira internacional (USA y Europa) tras la excelente acogida de su disco ‘Sorpresa Familia’ (Captured Tracks). La gira arranca el 18 de julio en Brooklyn y tiene fechas confirmadas por USA, Canadá y Europa hasta el 10 de noviembre.
Mourn, el joven cuarteto afincado en el Maresme, formado por Jazz y Leia Rodríguez, Carla Pérez y Antonio Postius, comienzan una nueva etapa con nuevo disco.
Su último trabajo, «Sorpresa Familia» (Captured Tracks, 2018.) ha sido editado hace apenas unas semanas y está recibiendo estupendas críticas en la prensa internacional: medios como Pitchfork, DIY Magazine, NPR Music o Stereogum escriben maravillas sobre “Sorpresa Familia”, el tercer disco de la banda y el más contundente. Repleto de canciones que contienen letras en las que resuenan las ganas de gritar las injusticias de su generación, las primeras, las suyas propias. «Sorpresa Familia» está producido por Santi García, quien junto con Borja Pérez, también se ha encargado de la grabación del disco entre los estudios Ultramarinos Costa Brava y Cal Pau Recordings.
A principios de este mes de julio Mourn iniciarán una extensa gira de 21 conciertos alrededor de EUA y Canadá, a la que les seguirá un tour europeo con otras 21 fechas, en las que la banda presentará su último trabajo, así como los temas más representativos de sus anteriores trabajos «Ha, Ha, He.» (2016) y su debut «Mourn» ( 2014).
