Bonnie Prince Billy vuelve de nuevo con varios conciertos el próximo mes de octubre.
Heredero de la música de raíces de su Kentucky natal, B.P. Billy ha sabido moverse por los terrenos del neocountry mirando siempre de reojo las necesidades del oyente indie. Y en su caso, ésas son la pesadumbre y la taciturnidad de un binomio textos/música que lo ha emparentado en nuestra discoteca a gente como Nick Drake, Low, Neil Young y Johnny Cash.
Bonnie Prince Billy es admirado en ámbitos musicales diversos (Björk se lo llevó de telonero en la gira de «Vespertine» por EEUU) y ha colaborado en su momento con Johnny Cash, Sage Francis y Tortoise, entre otros.
A lo largo de esta año ha editado tres nuevos singles «Island Brother» con Cairo Gang, «Must be Blind» con Matt Sweeney y «There is no God»
